Welch gets it right, catwalk to red carpet

Florence Welch isn't always known for her wise fashion choices but at the 55th Grammy awards she pulled out this little Givenchy Couture number. The emerald green sequin number shimmered on the red carpet and stood out from the crowd. The spikes seen across the torso and shoulders add detail and the use of sequins create an extra depth to add layers. 

Another catwalk to red carpet outfit that shone recently is the 2013 Oscars. Zoe Saldana blew me away on the red carpet, wearing a look from Alexis Mabille's Spring Collection. The 'Star Trek Into The Darkness' actress looked classy and curvy in her pale grey bustier with tonal belt, the floral embellishments are common in the spring/summer trends, adding a focus to the beautiful dress.

It's always interesting to see the catwalk pieces on the red carpet, accessorising the outfit is key with Florence Welch pairing her Givenchy dress with a Givenchy clutch and shoes.
